We are Interim Xchange Limited of 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. All data about you that is processed as a result of our service that we provide to you is done under our control, as we are the ‘data controller’ for the purposes of the laws that govern the processing of personal data.

Retention of your Information

We will retain your personal data during the term of your subscription with us and for a period of 90 days after cancellation of your subscription or where you fail to renew your subscription, in order to allow you time to re-subscribe easily. If you do not re-subscribe within 90 days then your personal data will be immediately deleted from our systems. Following cancellation of your subscription or your failure to renew your subscription, you may request that your personal data be deleted rather than retained for 90 days, in which case we will delete your personal data within 3 working days and you will no longer be able to access the system. Withdrawal of your Consent

Where you have provided us with your consent to process your personal data in any particular way, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, however we may be unable to provide our services to you if we are unable to record and process certain information.
